In the manner of rats that leave a sinking ship, stacks of
nobles are departing the city of Feynesse under the cover of
fog. The secrets of the ancients are a temptation too great
for many a noble - at least so it seems.
Only whispers are heard in the streets in Feynesse (there are
no inns, so people here generally drink in public).
Everybody is so hush-hush nowadays about their future plans, and
such it is that only yet one land claim has reached us - the
island of Asur has been claimed by some "Red Gibbon Alliance". That
is at least what rumours say.
We hope that there is some truth the travel advertisement regarding
the golden city and imperial city. Does it stand up to its name?
Is the road there really that easy? We do hope that I might
receive a postcard with a good painting of the secrets - or even
an invitation of one or the other colonist.
